Mom of 3 (ages 2, 4, and 8)
I could listen to Dr. Bennett all day! I learned about Dr. Bennett at a PTSA sponsored presentation about technology and kids and was enthralled the entire time by the information shared from her years of experience through practice, research, students and being a mom. When I heard about the workshop, I was excited to attend and hoped for ideas on how to make the most of the summer with my kids before starting full-time work. The workshop was held at Dr. B's home, which created a relaxing, intimate environment where you felt safe to open up thanks to her personableness and openness. The workshop provided new perspectives on planning activities based on the personalities of each of my kids and insight into the tween/teen years from Dr. Bennett and the other moms. It really was a great morning, & I look forward to attending another workshop!

Dr. Bennett is amazing! She creates a safe environment where I feel comfortable sharing my struggles. She's very personable and easy to connect with. I love her supportive and encouraging attitude. She has the expertise and experience from her clinical practice and common sense experience from being a mom. She provided me with specific strategies that I have implemented for screen safety in my home. Thank you Dr. Bennett for helping me be a better parent.

Mom of 3 (ages 6, 9, and 11)
Keeping my kids safe around tech has been at the front of my mind for awhile now. As a single mom, it's frustrating not being able to strongly influence their device use when they're at their dad's house. With Dr. B's help, I've been able to teak things in my home and became more equipped to share valuable information with their dad. I especially enjoyed our discussion with other parents trouble shooting our individual struggles. I love the emphasis Dr. B places on having fun. We spend more quality time together, and we are happier!

Give yourself the support you deserve!
Can I invite my friends?
ABSOLUTELY! But spaces fill quickly, so make sure you all register right away. 10 guests per workshop max 🙂Â
What if I want to come, but this date doesn’t work for me?
Dr. B isn’t able to hold custom retreats like this often. But, if you can get a group together and offer a date that fits for her too, there may be similar retreat offers in the future.
I want to do this, but I have younger (or older) kids. Can you make an exception?
Yes, we may be able to make an exception. Just shoot us an email at DrTracy@DrTracyBennett.com. Another option is to get together a group of moms with kids your children’s ages.
Will lunch be served?
Dr. B will have yummy snacks available, but she’ll leave lunch open in case everybody wants to go out afterward. She’s keeping it simple to keep the cost down.
Is this group therapy?
Not really, no. Dr. B designed this to be a fun workshop for moms. Yes, there will be sharing and tons of Q&A where you can benefit from her many years of clinical experience, but probably not tears. Her Saturday morning mom retreats are designed to be informative, empowering, and fun!Â
We Moms need playtime with our friends too! Fun and creativity helps us stay energized and rejuvenated. Dr. B loves creating that space for women, because she too thrives with the support of a close and loving sisterhood of close friends. Don’t worry, nothing embarrassing or silly – just learning, conversation, and worthwhile, fun activities.Â
You don’t want to miss this opportunity! We promise you’ll be talking about it for years to come.
